Every single one of the guest blogs on A Process Driven Life this month have been great, but I have a
surprising guest blogger for tomorrow (Friday) so make sure to read
each new issue every day.
Grow a Pest-Repellant Garden...
oh, and here's a tip. My cabbage was so crawling with aphids that it
looked like a Spielberg movie, only the Jews weren't the good guys and
the aphids didn't mock Christianity. I chopped up some tomato leaves
and soaked them in water overnight, then strained out the leaves and
put the liquid into a spray bottle. Tracy sprayed the cabbage
thoroughly (on both sides of the leaves) with the liquid, and when we
checked this morning, all the aphids (and the ants that farm and move
them) were gone. Excellent.
Any guesses as to what the June project will be?
The
prognosticators are calling for a good probability for rain this
weekend, and we surely need it. All the rain in the area has missed us
(including the tornados that hit Brownwood and the torrential rains
that have kept TableTop Judy busy up in Oklahoma), and although we are
still in good shape, we could use an inch or two. Just to warn you
Judy, we got to watch the Weather Channel this morning and the Vortex2
tornado team is up near y'all I here - so they must be expecting
something today or tonight.
This lady isn't happy with the old Q&A answer on Miscegenation I re-posted recently on The Best of Bunker,
in fact, it seems maybe she started her new blog just to comment on my
Biblical answer. She claims my world will shrink, and one day I'll
just be surrounded by Pure Longhorn cattle. No, Lord willing I will be
surrounded by a multitude from every nation, tribe, and people, and we
will all sing praises unto the Lamb for our salvation. Unless she
means in this life, in which case I agree - there aren't many people
who believe in the Bible or who are willing to claim boldly what the
Bible says - so she is probably right. As Jesus said, "Will ye also go
away?".
It's too bad that mega-church attention whore Sarah Palin, who claims to be a Christian and a Conservative, decided to support mega-church actual whore Miss California Carrie Prejean.
It seems that the mega-church crowd has decided that selling your body
for money and fame fits perfectly with Christianity... but with other
apostate bloggers teaching that separation is just "of the heart", what
can you expect? I've been thinking of putting together a calendar of
beautiful, intelligent, honorable, and faithful truly Christian women
wearing Godly and Biblical modest clothing and wearing headcovers. I
wonder if Sarah Palin and the conservative movement will support me and
get their mega-church millions to buy my calendar?
Misleading headline of the week... Scientists May Have Found How Life Began
In a related story, scientists have concluded that donuts evolved from
Cheerios, which, if you have been reading my emails, apparently are
important medicines that must be regulated by the FDA. No news yet on
whether they have found any intermediate fossiles of ancient circular
species that were part donut, part Cheerio. Scientists have been
flummoxed ever since the "Fruit Loop" theory turned out to be a hoax.
The Antichrist has called on Christians and Muslims to "end the hatred".
Seriously. He actually said, "...or we will have you flayed alive, cut
out your tongues, and then burn you and throw your ashes into a river",
but apparently the rest of the sentence got cut out by the censors.
When asked for comment, John Huss, Latimer, and Ridley all just said, "Seriously? Really? No... No... Really?"
In a related story Paris Hilton called for and end to talentless
strumpets being endlessly followed, photographed by, or quoted in the
media.
Hey! I just was able to get the newest blog post up, so go check it out. I was also able to approve all of the latest comments.
Seriously,
thank you to those of you who have been so gracious about receiving all
of these long post emails this month. I appreciate your kind words,
AND I'm glad I can make you laugh every once in awhile. I'm practicing
for my next career as "The Prison Comic". For those of you who are
wondering if I'll get back to this type of blogging on the regular
blog... MAYBE in July. We'll see. As one writer said, it makes it all
the more valuable to be on the friendslist... and I hope it does.
Alright,
I'll let y'all go for today. Go check out the blog, and make sure to
tune in for our surprise special guest blogger tomorrow.
Peace,
Michael Bunker
